Attend PUG meetings
Each Process Oversight Group seeks feedback and input from their Process User Group (PUG), anyone involved in, or who interacts with, any of the steps of a financial process (broadly referred to as process 'users') can become a member of a PUG. To join a PUG and receive invites for PUG meetings, please sign up using this form, or simply join using the links sent out in Finance Communications.
Join the Finance Community Team
Click here to join the Finance Community MS Team. This community is open to any staff with an interest in the University's financial processes and aims to provide a forum in which staff learn from each other, share successes and good practice and seek and offer support.
Submit details of an issue, identified control weakness and suggest improvements for consideration by a POG
