Tender processes must be conducted in a manner that is ethical, transparent, pays due regard to sustainability issues, achieves value for money, is consistent with the University’s conflict of interest policy and leaves a comprehensive audit trail. When tendering you should also remain alert to the possibility of suppliers engaging in anti-competitive activities.

A summary of templates to support a tender process is available in the Tender Documents Guide. A Tender Checklist is also available.

Prior to initiating a tender process refer to the Tender Conduct Guidance. This document is a short guidance note providing advice on appropriate conduct when participating in a tender process.

Training on the tender process is also available on request. A list of past Tendering Training Attendees is also available.
