Report Distributions in SplashBI, SplashGL & SplashXL

When creating an email distribution for a report in Oracle you must ensure that you do not fill in the “User Groups” box. This box must be left blank. Entering any value in this box will result in the report you run being distributed to a large number of users and could, potentially, result in distribution of your data to every Splash user in the university.

The user group functionality is not currently used for this purpose within the university and so is not configured for use as a distribution tool. You must ensure that only the “Users” box is filled in.
