This working group is evaluating the impacts of remote learning and working on University AV requirements, with the aim of developing supporting guidance and ensuring preferred suppliers continue to deliver value. The purpose of the Audio Visual Working Group is to share expertise and give advice to ensure that any strategy adopted for the purchase and ongoing management of AV meets the University’s needs, maximises value for money and minimises risk across the University.
Members of the group attend to represent the views of users or others in their department with relevant specialist knowledge or interest, to ensure that the purchase and ongoing management of AV meets organisational objectives.
