Estates and buildings
The University's preferred suppliers
Preferred suppliers have agreed terms with the University and should be used where possible.
The University preferred suppliers are also searchable via an alphabetical list .
Before commissioning works in any University building you may need to refer to the Estates Standing Orders which set out how responsibilities for repairs and maintenance are divided between the occupying Department and Estates Services. Advice and support will be provided by Estates Services, which in most cases must approve the works before they can start.
