The Temporary Staffing Service (TSS) is now available to all departments and can provide temporary clerical and administrative staff in a similar way to external agencies, but normally at a lower cost.

Where there are no relevant preferred suppliers available, University staff should use the H26 Recruitment Agency Terms of Business when engaging with Recruitment Agency’s, ensuring that both the University and the Recruitment Agency complete the areas highlighted in yellow and sign the terms before proceeding.

Rates can be negotiated with Agency’s on an individual basis and expected rates are between 10 – 15% of total salary.
