Hints and tips

This report is ordered by invoice date and supplier name. The department parameter should default to the user’s department.

Please note this report is based on the first line of invoice coding only and so should not be used to reconcile departmental data.

Where a user is assigned to a sub-division department, the user will need to over-ride the ‘Department Supplier’ parameter, and set it to a valid supplier department name.
