The Purchasing Department has established arrangements with some preferred suppliers to enable free of charge deliveries to home addresses:
- Dell – laptops and desktops;
- Elm – furniture;
- XMA – IT peripherals.
Guidance documents setting out the detailed ordering processes to support home delivery are set out below. These processes must be followed to ensure delivery to a home address, and to avoid personal information being captured inappropriately in Oracle Financials.
Departments are able to order any of the products usually available from Dell for home delivery, however a more limited catalogue of products is available from Elm and XMA as set out in the catalogues below.
If you have any feedback regarding the catalogues please email purchasing@admin.ox.ac.uk or use the named contacts in the guidance documents.
